Equipment Operator – Cash Crop & Custom Farming Operation

Location: Eastern Ontario (Casselman)

Pay: $20-24 per hour (based on experience)

Job Type: Full-time

 

We are a family-owned cash crop and custom farming operation located in Eastern Ontario seeking a skilled and dependable Equipment Operator to join our team.

 

Position Responsibilities: 

- Operate modern agricultural equipment for:

  - Planting

  - Tillage

  - Spraying

  - Harvesting

- Complete custom field work for local clients

- Conduct routine maintenance, inspections, and basic repairs

- Maintain accurate records when required

- Work extended hours during peak seasonal periods

 

Required Qualifications: 

- Minimum 3 years experience operating large agricultural equipment

- Valid Ontario driver’s license with Z endorsement (air brake)

- Ontario Pesticide Applicator License

- Strong mechanical aptitude

- Ability to work independently and as part of a team

- Safety-focused, reliable, and professional
